Ultra V Skin Booster Proven to Promote Hair Growth
Seoul National University Bundang Hospital Research Team Publishes Study on
Hair Growth Effect in an International Journal.
Study on Ultacol's Hair Growth Promotion and Hair Loss Reduction to Be Conducted.
Research findings indicating that Ultra V (CEO Han-jin Kwon) 's skin booster promotes hair growth similar to the FDA-approved hair loss treatment 'Minoxidil' have been published in an international journal.
Ultra V announced that Wiley, a 217-year-old academic journal publisher, published a paper by the research team from Seoul National University Bundang Hospital in May, titled 'Assessing the efficacy of mesotherapy products: Ultra Exo Booster and Ultra S Line Plus in hair growth: An ex vivo study.’
According to the paper, a combination of Bio-Scalp with Ultra V's Ultra Exo Booster and Ultra S Line Plus showed significant efficacy in promoting hair growth.
The research team conducted experiments of using scalp skin provided by donors. By using Minoxidil, a widely used hair loss treatment, as a control group, the efficacy of the combination with the test group. The results showed that the combination promoted hair growth similarly to the application of Minoxidil. In some cases, the hair even grew longer than Minoxidil application.
The research team explained, 'We are focused on evaluating innovative approaches to overcoming hair loss issues.' They noted that this study explores advanced solutions for promoting hair growth in ex vivo environments through exosome-based nano carrier technology and a complex medicinal herb formulation.
This technology was tested in an ex vivo environment, but it is expected that similar results can be achieved in actual procedures through future clinical research. The introduction of exosome-based technology in hair loss treatment is anticipated to significantly enhance the safety and effectiveness of procedures.
Additionally, Ultra V plans to incorporate the aforementioned technology into its self-developed UltraCol to conduct more effective and long-lasting hair growth research. UltraCol is a collagen-generating injection based on microspheres made from PDO (Polydioxanone), an FDA-approved substance. UltraCol aids in skin improvement and volume creation through ‘self-collagen generation’
UltraCol has obtained approval from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (KFDA) and European CE certification. It boasts an impressive track record, being the first in the filler category to win the IR52 Jang Young-sil Award, receiving the Korea Patent Award, and being selected as a Next-Generation Top Product.
